Colour Throwdown Challenge #543 (I need vitamin sea card)

This is my entry for this week's Colour Throwdown Challenge #543. 

My niece is recovering from an recent operation I made her this card to cheer her up a little bit.

I started with a white tent fold card blank  then I layered my  patterned paper onto grey cardstock and attached to the card blank.

My sentiment is a vellum quote which I layered onto white cardstock then grey cardstock.

I added some sparkly bling and a wooden peg to finish.
